1. how do you keep your prices so low?
We get asked this one all the time! It’s easy. We’re honest. We don’t have the high overhead of a huge big box store or dozens of employees. We’re not paying for 100 page glossy catalogs or tv commercials. We don’t hide supposedly free shipping or delivery or finance charges in our prices. We offer high quality, high style furniture at the price it should fairly be sold at. It’s just that simple.

2. why are you different from other furniture stores?
Because here, it really is all about YOU. We know how important it is that you feel good about your new furniture. After all, you want to enjoy it for a long time. So we’ll do everything we can to help you make the perfect choice. First of all, take all the time you need to wander through our store and browse through our catalogs. We’ll never bother you until you’re ready. Then, when you do want some assistance, you’ll be amazed how knowledgeable and helpful we are. We’re very patient and we’ll help you with space and design planning. We’re full of free tips and advice on how to design and furnish the perfect home for you. And of course, there’s the “test drive”.

3. what’s your “test drive” service all about?
Well, you wouldn’t buy a car without test driving it, would you? We think you should have the same opportunity with your furniture. Obviously we can’t offer this service with all of our furniture, but for smaller items such as chairs and barstools, or small tables, if you can fit it in your car and promise to return it in a day or so, you can test drive it at your home. We find it’s the best way, the only way, to be really sure and we’re proud to be the only furniture store that lets you do this.

4. down payments
If you are not taking your purchase with you we request that you leave a small down payment. This guarantees we will hold your purchase and it will not be sold to anyone else. If you are placing a special order the same applies. Leave a small deposit at the time of purchase. The balance will be due when you receive your furniture.

5. payment options
We’re very accommodating. We can accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards, your personal check, cash, or any combination of the above! And of course, we also offer financing.

6. financing
You can always finance your purchase for 6 months, interest free. Occasionally we can offer longer financing specials. Watch for these.

7. delivery
While most of our customers prefer to take their furniture with them when they purchase it or soon after, this is not always possible. If your furniture is too large for your vehicle or you would prefer to have it delivered, we offer safe, clean dependable delivery for a reasonable charge. Our trained delivery staff will bring in, assemble, and set up your furniture and remove all trash. Rates are based upon the amount of set-up and time required as well as the distance of the delivery. We often delivery to shore areas and the Poconos for very reasonable rates.

8. return policy
Our return policy is very fair. If you‘ve bought something and determine immediately or shortly after that it simply isn’t going to work, please bring it back to us for a store credit towards the right item. A refund will be given if you desire. If your furniture has been brought to you by our delivery service and they need to return to pick it up we’ll offer you a store credit or a refund minus the delivery charge. If you have special ordered an item from a catalog and then cancel the order we can offer you store credit or a refund minus a 10% cancellation charge. We apologize for this but we ask you to understand that there are costs incurred with deliveries and special orders which need to be covered so that we can keep our furniture prices so low. We recommend coming to us prepared, with measurements and colors, taking advantage of our expertise and advice, and when possible, use our “test drive” service to see your furniture at home before you make your final decision.

9. repair service
We stand behind everything we sell. If your furniture should require a repair because of a manufacturer’s defect or you need a replacement part, please call us. We’ll do our best to get you the parts that you need or repair your furniture. Depending on the type of repair needed we may ask you to bring the product in to our store so that we can work on it with the proper tools. If there’s a great amount of work needed or you desire refinishing or other services, these are available at reasonable rates. We can also recommend furniture repair services for any of your furniture, even if it was not purchased here. Please note that if the damage is caused by obvious abuse or misuse then we may be able to repair it but we will need to charge accordingly.
